Territory, sustainability and modernity. These values guide Su Tea’s cuisine. Situated on the panoramic terrace, the restaurant is open to both hotel and external guests.
Leading this new sensory journey, Chefs Luca Piras and Alessio Signorino, accompanied by Maître Michele Cuccu, will be the maestros of this so chic place.
Luca Piras, born in 1982, has a long international experience between Singapore and Australia before coming back to Italy, where he worked in different prestigious kitchens as Principe di Savoia restaurant, a 5-star hotel in Milan. Alessio Signorino, born in 1987, began his career in Europe, working between London, Copenhagen, Florence and Milan in renowned restaurants, including Cracco’s restaurant. After a long wandering, they are now both in their homeland and are ready to lead Su Tea’s kitchen.
Respect for the raw material, seasonality and a sustainable approach are their hallmarks. Strongly linked to the Sardinian and Mediterranean tradition but with a contemporary character, their dishes will surprise you with every taste. The ingredients, carefully and personally selected, come together in a concert of tastes, textures and scents.
Their motto is “Beni benius”, which in Sardinian dialect means “Welcome”: all you have to do is to take a place, admire the spectacular landscape and enjoy the experience… They’ll take care of everything else! Bon appétit!
